Both me and my eight-year-old son loved this movie. A true 70's classic. Tony Alva rooting for his teammates as they do nose wheelies and other old tricks is priceless...! The ramps made of 8'x4' panels are right-on for the era. Plenty of skating "the way it used to be". The team manager owing money to some mafia big shot might have been a little stretched-out at the beginning, but eventually settles into an acceptable storyline. I saw it twice in a row and was not bored at all. I am an old-school dad who grew up skateboarding in the 70's and I recommend this movie. Not a five-star movie, but I really liked it.
