I rented this movie as I had no idea that Jayne Mansfield was a movie actress. I only knew her from the famous photograph of Sophia Loren sitting next to her at a dining table looking at her lowcut dress (with envy). Anyway this low budget B type movie made in 1967 would not have caught my attention some 40 years ago but today the movie has some historical value. Jayne was accompanies by two experienced actors that did a pretty good job. Jayne's performance had some good moments but was a bit "uneven". And she finally got to be in a serious drama which I understand was what she always wanted. Too sad she could only enjoy this accomplishment a short time before her tragic death in a car accident.

This was so bad I only watched 10 minutes. This was to be her dramatic performance but it was sooooo slow and was like watching paint dry. Bad. ~ Susan L.
