In this undistinguished film, His Supreme Highness Malko Linge (Miles O'Keeffe) is an Austrian count with a need for extra cash and so he works part-time for the CIA. His most recent assignment has him going to San Salvador where he is required to eliminate a mercilessly brutal right-wing terrorist.
