Of course there is fake silicone in these... That's pretty common with these types of "adult" oriented movies that don't pretend to wrap nudity with anything artistic... I thought it was exactly in line with what I expected.

Some pretty harsh critics on this site, probably "young-uns", actually there wasn't alot of silicone in those puppies, and the ones that did looked pretty good too. Actually you can learn something about Tai-Chi and Yoga with this movie, and you "young-uns" have fun with your 40's..... ;)

Reading the previous reviews lef tme with the impression that the reviewers may have viewed this dvd with a pruriant, immature eye. Then I saw it. No wonder all the comments are about the women's plastic surgery, as its bad enough to distract from the lackluster fitness routines. Most of them were so poorly performed that one hopes the women made this video to raise money for malpractice laywers. Whether you want a cheap thrill or a mild workout, don't bother with this dvd.
