Synopsis of House: Skin Deep

15-year-old "supermodel" Alex (Cameron Richardson) makes a public spectacle of herself when she attacks another model on the catwalk--then collapses. Later evincing such symptoms as double vision and short-term memory loss, Alex undergoes testing for heroin addiction--but House (Hugh Laurie)ahsuspects that her drug use is a smokescreen for her real problem, thus setting the stage for his latest ethical quandary...not to mention a HUGE surprise at episode's end. Meanwhile, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) is convinced that House's bad leg is getting better, even though the pain has increased beyond the point of endurance. And in a parallel development, Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) treats a father-to-be (James DuMont) who is suffering from "sympathetic" labor pains. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
