Boss Hogg's equally larcenous nephew Hughie (Jeff Altman) is back in town, hoping to return to his Uncle's good graces after his last crooked scheme nearly landed Hogg (Sorrell Booke) in the pen. This time around, Hughie has hatched a scheme to legally gain control of Cooter's garage to tear the place down and clear the area for a whole heap o' "Hoggominiums."
