Kissing on the Mouth (2005)

Kissing on the Mouth (2005)
Member Rating:
The low-budget, direct-to-video erotic drama Kissing on the Mouth explores the erogenous trials and travails of a clique of college grads. It concerns Ellen, a young woman sleeping with her ex-boyfriend and bucking his attempts to re-instigate a serious romantic commitment. Meanwhile, she does her best to ignore the increasingly possessive and suspect behavior of her flatmate, Patrick. The film (shot by its cast) is marked by graphic sexual content and frank, explicit discussions of coital behavior. For added realism and authenticity, the directors work in a number of documentary-style interviews with college graduates. ~ Nathan Southern, Rovi

If you like, like every other word in a movie to be "like"... like, you'll totally love this like, movie. Only problem is... like, this wasn't even... like, a real movie. Like, what the f*#@!#$%????... this flick proves that full frontal nudity does not alone make a good movie.

I wanted to like it, I tried to like it, but it just didn't work. The cast wanted to make a movie after graduating film school, but seemed to forget what they were taught there. Kudos for making it look like a documentary, but it still was a lot of talk that quickly became uninteresting. Yes, the sex was presented realistically, without violins and mood lighting, but it was boring. Maybe arts groups gave it prizes, but for me, it didn't do anything. Sorry.
