Forget about just sitting on the sofa and watching television passively and jump up with the JammX Kids in a live-action adventure that aims to get kids up on their feet and learning the latest dance moves. Josh is just dying to ask Bianca to the upcoming middle-school dance, but thanks to a severe case of two left feet, he just can't seem to muster up the courage to approach her. All he needs is a lesson on how to move when the music comes on though, and with a little help from the JammX Kids and the viewers at home he's sure to make a good impression on the dance floor. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

I rented this for my 7-year old, and she liked it. The group of kids are cute and talented, the story flows well and incorporates the dance lessons smoothly. The story keeps you interested in watching the whole thing, and the dance moves make you want to get up and move. Compared to other dvds I've rented in the hopes of getting my daughter off the couch, this one held her interest thelongest, and the instruction was ALMOST slow enough to make it easy to follow.... It took her longer to give up following the dance steps (eventually she did give up, b/c they started going too fast). Alyson Stoner is a very familiar face to anyone who watches the Disney Channel, so that was another plus. She's so cute, and a good dancer too.
