This film was first rate..I remember studying about the Dryfyus case in France in history but to see it come alive so beautifully on film was something else. The cast was spectacular..notably Richard Dryfuss the producer..and the sets and costumes were magnificent..I learned a lot historically about the trial and the subsequent events and the ultimate acquittal of all concerned..I didn't realize it lasted five years..anyway, first class production including the extra 20 minutes detailing the making of...4 stars unreservedly!!
