I agree that Hollywood does overlook stories where black males of all ages improvise, adapt, and overcome the pitfalls and temptattions of "follow-ship" by using strategies of leadership.

It is a sad truth that Hollywood keeps over-looking, side-stepping, or ignoring great urban sitcoms that show honest and enlightening stories of African-America youth. With great talents like Spike Lee, Bill Duke, Nas (theme music), and many others working on the sitcom it is strange that so few of the tv watching public have ever heard of this show. The Miracle's Boys sitcom, while starting off slow, grows into a great show that could have inspired many.
