Rent this movie only if you haven't gotten enough of Fatal Attraction, otherwise don't waste your time.

The Perfect Neighbor could have been alternately titled The Hand That Rocks the Cradle Meets Fatal Attraction. It was OK but very predictable as most Lifetime style films are. Rent it if your que is running low or you want an empty drama.
