CLASSIC DYLAN !! This movie was absolutely wonderful -with all the old film clips. It's also very refreshing to hear Dylan today commenting on himself, his music and the times in the past. He is the BEST EVER ! Dylan is the best example of Americana folklore in the 20th century. My "History of Bob Dylan" class in the early 70's was one of the best courses I ever took at San Diego State University !

Love this Doc, brought back many memories. Teaches you where his early influences came from and then how like a shooting star, where he traveled to music wise. (And is still going) If your a Dylan fan, you will love this 2 part Doc.

I found this doc engaging and insightful regarding the whole folk and early rock music scenes, and finally figured what all the Dylan fuss was about. He was a sort of prodigy in his day. You have to ask yourself what you were doing when you were just 20 years old and hold that next to what Bob was doing when he was that age. Getting back to the point, this is a must see for longtime Dylan fans and novices (like me) of early folk and rock.
