This is a heartwarming and entertaining little independent animated film set in the 1950's, about an old world war 2 jeep who dreams of one day flying, and gets his dream in a different manner than he had imagined. Its also a bit of a "buddy" film with Tugger the jeep's best friend "Shorty" trying to temper Tugger's unrealistic passion of flying like a real airplane while trying to respect his dreams. The songs sequences are outstanding and the film truly ends in a upbeat tone suggesting that any dream, no matter how crazy, can come true!

This is a nice, cute little cartoon that is ok as a one time viewing for small children. The animation is no where near anything pixar ever made. I would recommend for a 4 or 5 year old maximum. Sweet ending too.
