Burn up to 1000 calories an hour just by doing what used to be so much fun on the playground as celebrities Kelly Packard and Eric Nies join jump-rope champion Louis Garcia in a fat-blasting cardio workout that puts the power of weight loss right in the palm of your hands. This is a good workout if you're relatively comfortable with jumping rope. Techniques are not that difficult to master, definitely increases your heartrate. Advanced and Extreme are most likely better workouts for athletes -- I'm going to try those out as soon as they ship.
