    I love this workout and feel great

    Good Workout but in this workout, they do use the resistance bands. Of course, you can do the workout without it (Like 1 out of the 10 people behind him did) but it is not as good of a workout without it. Fortunately, they didn't use the band the entire time. The people behind him are a little annoying, especially the blonde in the front...she keeps screaming and making noises, you'll she her she is the one that is super sweaty. But besides that, it is a good workout, definitely not too easy, but not impossible. I will probably do it a couple more times before I send it back.

    Pretty quick paced. I was pretty sore after doing the video two days in a row. But definitely worked up a sweat. Good workout.
