In a time when war abounds and the future of planet Earth seems questionable, the appearance of a mysterious young boy prompts four young women to realize their true powers to do battle with the ultimate evil in a thrilling sci-fi action effort from the same studio who brought viewers Metropolis and Ninja Scroll. All Mayumi ever wanted was peace. The daughter of an E.G.O. leader and a faction fighter who has yet to come to terms with her own psychic abilities, Mayumi discovers powers she never had when the planet is besieged by invaders and a young boy named Hokuto appears before her seemingly out of thin air.
