I just finished the last episode and the last season. I had to wait forever for Blockbuster. I ended up getting some of the seasons from the public library. Start with the German Woman and see if you like it. Classic British murder mystery. Except Foyle doesnt work at Scotland Yard. Real Detecting, too. No CSI in the '40s. Foyle solves his crimes by asking questions. I love his dry wit, his underplaying, his morality and humanity. Sam is the quintessential English rose. Great stuff for mystery fans. You won't mind getting hooked. Oh and the historical accuracy is very good.
