Gerald meets the model Odessa (Kim Catrall) and follows her to the Palais Royale nightclub. He soon learns Odessa is controlled by mobsters led by Dattilico (Dean Stockwell), the crime boss who is trying to go legit in this uneven feature that is a misfired attempt at post-noir drama.
