Good clean movie the kids can watch. We always like James Gardner in Maverick. This catches some of that persona. The cantankerous camel that he has to deal with -- and her baby camel -- make it a cute story.

This was a nice movie. James Garner plays a calvary soldier who is awol. He runs into a runaway Indian who escaped a fort after the tribes capture. The boy though an indian is actually white as he was captured in his youth. Both men share a kinship because they feel out of place in their world. Its a very heartwarming and exciting movie.
