If you are a fan of kung fu movies, then you will enjoy this overview of how it began. This documentary if one of the best and most informed about the movies and the artists who made them. Everything from the directors, actors, and fight choreographers. When you watch this make sure you grab a pad & pencil and be ready to jot down all the many great movies discussed in this film. Trust me. You will NOT regret it!
