Radio station KACL is purchased by Big Willy Boone (Richard Hamilton) a flamboyant 85-year-old Texas multimillionaire. It turns out that Big Willy is engaged to Bebe Glazer (Harriet Sansom Harris), the redoubtable agent of Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer).
