i loved this show when it was on. it was very addictive and got me really into the great music of the time. it also opened my eyese to what really happened during the time period. i really miss this show and wish it was never canceled.

This show is so fantastic and shows the reality of a family struggling to live in the changing times through the sixties. Moving into the vietnam war and the effects on the nation at that time. This show provides also a more personal look at the sad times of discrimination. And a family that was not. I just really like the love they show, there trials they face and how they make it through. I grew up during these times and I can completely relate to this historical time in our nation. Its really a good way to help kids of today see what yesterday was about (somewhat) as well.

brings back memories of how much I enjoyed the show but also reminds me of the turbulent times of the 1960's
