Kurt S.

Entertaining, if slow moving, low-budget movie. The actors give performances that range from good (the vampire and lead doctor), to adequate (nurse and doctor's assistant), yet the film is always compelling. Don't expect lots of blood, gore or action. The film is more interested in examining human behavior in the face of the unknown, and most of the running time takes place in a lab where the doctors examine and perform various tests, some which will make you squirm, on the vampire. Clever, but slightly over-the-top ending. No extras on the disc.
