Member Rating:
Two ten-year-old boys from the inner city decide that nobody needs a vacation quite as much as they do, and head for the beach. Having no real money is hardly a concern for kids as resourceful as these two: from flirting with middle-aged women to camping out in the woods, they have every intention of making the most of their time in the sun. ~ Cammila Collar, Rovi

This is movie is o.k. The plot is simple with the 2 boys wanting to get away from their unsettled lives, but it just doesn't "click" like it should. It seems to lack more development and is slow moving actually. It seems like their capers could have been more exciting, and perhaps funnier. There is a small bit of frontal nudity as they discover a nudist camp of adults. You can only see the adults here as the kids see them. I guess it could have been worse, but it could have been better too. See what you think...

It's about the adventures of two 10-yr-old French city kids who feel as though they are the only ones who can't afford to go on vacation during August. As they while away their free time during summer, they scheme on ways to hit the road for their first sight of the beach. It's a cute story.
