Skinned Deep (2004)
Member Rating:
The horror film Skinned Deep begins when a family suffers a flat tire on a barren stretch of road with only a diner dotting the landscape. They meet Granny, the seemingly nice old woman who runs the establishment, but they soon find that she is the leader of a deranged clan. The family is slain, with the exception of their teenage daughter, Tina whom one of the sons in the family, Brain (a boy with an externalized brain much larger than his head), takes a romantic interest in. Soon a group of bikers show up, forcing the girl to figure out which group of crazies she should throw in with in order to stay alive. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi

This is one of the WORST movies I have ever seen....I really think that ANYONE could make a better movie then this one. Every copy of this movie should be thrown away!! The acting and taping is like an bad, old porno. I would rather watch 24 hours of the freaken preveiw channel then watch this again! RENTERS BEWARE!

And I do mean cheap...My god this movie looks like a bunch of collage students got together to make a movie...And thier grandparents volunteered to act in the movie for free.. If you rent this you will be so mad at yourself, if you watch the whole movie by yourself make sure you let some one know, because this dull movie might put you in a coma..

Just because you can make a movie doesn't mean you should and "Skinned Deep" is proof of that. It's another "cannibalistic mutant clan waylays unsuspecting travelers then slaughters and eats them except for the young girl that they hold prisoner because one of the nicer freaks is attracted to her" movie. The big difference here is that the acting is so bad it had to be intended. The filmmakers obviously thought they were creating some kind of "cult classic" and using less then competent actors decided to try and capitalize on that and failed miserably. There are a few laughs (intended laughs, that is) and a bit of creativity. But the best part is watching the "behind the scenes" extras and trying to figure out whether these guys are serious or mocking themselves.
