As the other reviewer mentioned, I too was excited to view this concert realizing the presence of Mike Pinder, the original and now departed keyboardist. But my disappointment was immediate as soon as I recognized that the music was 'dubbed'. There is nothing more irritating than to watch a supposed 'live' performance and hear the song fade out at the end.

This is a chance to see the boys as they were as the Question of Balance album was about to be released. Some of the songs are clearly dubbed from the albums, but others are as they were sung at the concert. Some you will never see in concert again and that makes this one special. I never got to see the band with Pinder at the keyboard, so it was a rare treat. I concluded the band didn't like the sound of the songs that were dubbed and had them "fixed". It was clear the crowd was rude and noisy. At one point Ray makes a comment about the French audience that is clearly not favorable. The club they played in was small and cramped, and echoed bad. How it contrasts to venues they play now is amazing. This one is only for die hard Moody fans, other may want to check out the Live at Red Rocks instead to see a 1st class act. Alan - Wixom, MI.
