The first Starship Troopers was pretty good. This one stinks. Sure, it held my interested for about 20 minutes....then it started to go downhill from there. Did I mention that this movie stinks? Seriously, this movie has two issues. First, if you're expecting a continuation of Starship Troopers (ie, an actual sequel), find something else. This has the general Starship Troopers theme, but the plot is stand-alone. Second, even though the plot was half decent (and I'm almost lying), the acting stinks. There isn't much in the way of special effects, and the gore is pointless. It's like a bad aliens/horror flick.

I watched most of this on fast forward. If you consider it a very weak spoof of good science fiction movies, then you will not rate it as one of the worst movies ever!!

I got this movie for closure to the first (which wasn't that bad). No closure, no acting, no real story. I truly can't think of a worse movie I've seen.
