    I love most documentaries and this one is now one of my favorite. This man takes on a very sick lifestyle for a entire month for us to understand the impact of fast food on our lives. This man is proof that fast food is TOXIC! I will NEVER eat McDonalds ever again. Well documented with a ton of facts that everyone should know. I don't think many people realize how poorly our children eat at school because the junk food companies need to make a buck and so do schools. Schools get paid (Contracts) with all these soda and junk food companies and are worried to loose their money so our children suffer. French frys are a vegetable??? Are you serious? I also worry because I don't think Americans understand where sugar is located in their food. They think Hamburger, No sugar. Candy bar, sugar. When in fact there is just as much if not more sugar in a Big mac than a candy bar. Watch this movie and I promise you, you will never want to commit suicide ever again by eating fast food.
