I try to workout 4-6 days a week for approximately an hour--usually 40 min. of cardio and 20 min. of weights or resistance training. I decided this year I would start to incorporate some type of stretching workout--either pilates, yoga or dance. I am new to pilates but I found this workout to be Very Easy. I decided to wait a couple of days to write a review because I thought maybe I might feel sore the next day in my core--maybe I worked my abs and just couldn't feel it the same day. I did not notice any sign I had challenged my muscles in any new way. I didn't feel that it challenged me but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be an effective workout for someone who is just beginning to build up their strength and endurance.

because she is very nice and gives a pleasant workout. There is no yelling or preaching, which is good. Some of the choreography might be a little hard for beginners although it doesn't matter one bit if you don't get that part. The workout is a very gentle one; don't expect to work up a sweat!
