I waited on this one because it was longer than movies I generally watch. But once I started it I was totally engaged and lost track of time. What a beautifully filmed and acted movie! The historic perspective and realism was also enlightening particularly coming from another point of view about that era. Strength and tenderness amidst an otherwise brutalizing situation was beautifully portrayed. I think I'd actually see it again - which is not something I ordinarily do.

A beautiful movie. Made me think about all the risks people took in WWII just to help others. Definitely not the typical hollywood ending and I found that to be very refreshing and much more realistic than most movies. It's one of those movies that stays with you for a while after you've seen it...

Really worth seeing, but there were a few scenes maybe not suitable for children.
