Thank God I didn't read the previous pessimistic review prior to renting it. I enjoyed the Black history lesson and I can remember some of the shows, feelings, and events that transpired during the times that some of these shows helped lift, lighten, & brought humor to some burdens of being Black! This is truly for an intelligent, well- rounded, proud person to enjoy and appreciate!

A waste of time... Unless you like wasting your time. Even then it disappoints. Almost completely. Wait for it to come on VH-1 or BET or something. Then still don't watch it... The Amos and Andy part was the only redeemable value here. I hope that I saved you some time.
