Synopsis of Smallville: Accelerate
Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk) is convinced that she is being visited by the ghost of Emily Eve Dinsmore (Jodelle Micah Ferland), a childhood friend who drowned at the age of ten. In his efforts to determine if Lana is actually having a paranormal experience or if she is merely imagining things, Clark (Tom Welling) uncovers a horrible secret about Emily's family -- one that blazes a trail leading right to Lionel Luthor (John Glover).
