Do not rent if you are hoping to see actual musical performances from the Monterrey Jazz Festivals. There aren't any. For some reason the maker of this movie thought we would like to know all about the founding of the festival, the people who worked there, rumors, and gossip about the artists and more talk about the people who founded it , their quarrels blah blah blah. I simply don't get it. They could have at least put one performance on the DVD. Certainly the description of the movie could have told us what it is.
