    If you are interested in learning more about the Islamic religion and Mecca, I would highly recommend this video. Amazing information.

    This is a wonderful program that will give those interested in Islam a brief background on the faith and on Muslims pilgrimage to Mecca. The program follows three different Muslims on their pilgrimage and the different feelings and obstacles they encounter. I am a non-Muslim but love to study different religions. I watched this with my spouse, my mother, sister in law and a few others. All of them were fascinated with the documentary. Once you have this under your belt and if you want more, try the PBS special "Islam: Empire of Faith"...it's nearly three hours of great education! There is also another good program by the History Channell titled "Inside Islam." (There are others as well.) Islam is a religion of peace, love and brotherhood that is often misunderstood...and is given a bad name by extremeists. Programs like this do a good job setting the picture straight. Way to go NG!
