The rigorous life of a Naval officer just isn't right for Thorpe (Thomas Ian Griffith). His wild spirit can't be contained by military rules and regulations so when he is discharged for disobeying orders, he begins sailing the seas as a modern day pirate aboard his ship, the Sea Wolf.
