I could not get involved in this movie and after several attempts at watching it, I was never able to finish it. It had nothing to do with the topic, I was simply unable to make any kind of connection. This isn't really a review of the movie, just my own reaction to it. Someone else might really enjoy it.

Jeff has Down's Syndrome because his great grandparents were first cousins. He suffers from some serious health issues, can barely speak, and faces some unpleasant problems in the future but he is happy anyway. The movie doesn't ridicule those with Down's Syndrome. In fact, it sends a positive message about how life's joy comes from your attitude.
