    This is not Hyperbole, if I were writing a review for Family Guy I would say it's the second funniest Show ever. This is a genius show about behind the scenes of a Popular but Neurotic Late Night Talk show Host (Sound like some buck tooth Indianan you know?) Some of the writers used to write for Dave. with Masterful performances by Garry, Jeff Tambor, Rip Torn as well as others such as Jeremy Piven, Janeane Garofalo, Wallace Langham (now on CSI) it is simply a masterpiece of Television and is what all TV producers should strive to. If you have not watched it you are cheating yourself.

    I agree with Tony H. The writing for this show is a work of genius. The ensemble cast is superb. I wish I had an Artie to cover my back in life. Plus the show is hilarious. Rent this video.

    I agree with the 5 star reviewers. i watched this series then and it hasn't lost any of it's humor or magnetism from the first time. Everyone is great in it. I can't decide who's the better actor: Shandling, Torn or Tambor and that's just the major characters....EVERYONE but a few weak parts (Shandling's 2nd wife played by Gallagher didn't ring true for me.) I hope it made late-night hosts wince when they watched it and they should watch it. It's such a great parody of that life.
