Definitely a step down from the original and a little unrealistic at times but still a decent ride. I'm admit I like Tom Berringer movies as he seems to play his age, ...unlike Harrison Ford. If you enjoyed the first Sniper you might as well watch all three, ...just don't expect the second and third to be as well done. BTW you can watch Sniper 2 and 3 out of order but see the original first.

I like the "Sniper" movies. They are well made, fun to watch and with a nice ratio of action vs "downtime". However... If it had not been for the ending - and by ending I mean the final word uttered in the film - This could have gotten a solid 4 stars. But the last word... hokey and ridiculous beyond belief. For me at least. Silence would have been better. a LOT better. So bad I almost want to give it two stars out of pure spite!

Wow, it's sad to see Tom Berenger demote himself to making sequals that belong on network tv with no name actors. This movie is absolutely Cheezy, not to mentrion incredibly inacurate. Yes I know this was not a documentary, but he had might as well grown wings and and shot the bad guys with with eyes that shoot out death rays.
