Synopsis of Law & Order: Judge Dread
Someone hates "hanging judge" Lynn Carlin (Roxanne Hart) enough to try to murder her. Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) manage to connect the attempted assassination with a pair of prison inmates. In the final analysis, however, the suspect is difficult to track, and the D.A.'s office is faced with a near-insurmountable legal dilemma.
