Synopsis of The Outer Limits: Re-Generation

Kim Cattrall stars as Rebecca Highfield, a young mother suffering the anguish of losing her four-year-old son to a tragic accident. Thanks to the connections of her politician husband, Rebecca is able to have her dead child's brain and nerve cells implanted in her womb. Alas, the cloned baby turns out to have an awesome capacity for wholesale destruction -- and this even before the baby is born.
