Well basically the plot is about a butcher who was in a mental hospital, the people think he is okay & well enough to go back to his butchering job!!! He goes back,he wrecks havoc again by butchering people!! Its really a stupid movie,not worth seeing at all!! It sounds from the title like it would be a gory movie,its not at all!! He strangles the people, then when he goes to sell his butcher meat, that's supposed to be the people he killed!! Not one ounce of gore!! If your looking for a gory horror movie this one is not for you!! If you are looking for a real b movie low budget movie then it may be!! Just to let you know,It does contain female frontal nudity which was not listed in the rating information!!
