      I'm not the MOST coordinated person on the planet, but I'm not inept. This was probably the worst dance instructional video I've ever seen. He flies through his instructions, and doesn't even mirror (ie, he's facing you. So he'll say go left, and he moves to his left, but it's your right) so you have to constantly make a mental adjustment. Way too frustrating.

      The dance moves are inspiring! The pace is faster, not that of a normal "take-me-by-the-hand" instructional DVD, but you can always go back, so let's not fuss on format (Darrin has a sequel, with more "babysitting", if you wish). This DVD could be more motivating if there were more "real show" demos.

      I didn't pay much attention, so I thought this was a general dance video when I rented it. It's really just a guide to various pop star's dance routines. If you want to move like Britney and N*SYNC, this is the video for you. Includes a brief warmup and demonstration at different speeds for each routine.
