This movie is slept on by most. Featuring most of the old ROC including A’mil even. It is a black ghetto version of Scareface. Yes low budget, but it is still a fantastic movie for the fellas. Must recommend to keep a copy in your collection.

I saw the part two before this one, I like the second one better. They were actually in prison and were state property. This one was OK. Just another movie about blacks and drugs.

Although this was loosely based on Philadelphia's Junior Black Mafia it wasn't just an exploitation movie. Philadelphia was rampant with violence and drugs because of the JBM at the time and this film gives a good glimpse of how it was.
