The contest caused a sensation at the time, and fans still argue today over whether or not the event was rigged. On June 26, 1976, world heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali fought wrestling champion and kickboxer Antonio Inoki of Japan to a draw. Ali wanted to punch, while Inoki kept dropping to the floor to kick the champ in the legs. Scenes from this and other odd and offbeat moments in sports are hosted by sports announcer and former major league baseball catcher Tim McCarver. This compilation video from HBO Home Video features numerous moments in sports history that the participants wish they could forget. Also included is footage of NBA dunkmeister Darryl Dawkins, aka "Chocolate Thunder," the first pro to shatter a backboard with a dunk. ~ Steve Blackburn, All Movie Guide
