Enjoying some R and R in England, Jonny and Dr. Quest set out for some fishing near Devon. Along the way, they encounter the happy residents of a peaceful village. Suspecting that things are a bit too idyllic hereabouts, the Quests soon learn that the village is in the thrall of a mind-controlling computer.
