Making his first tenth-season Doctor Who appearance, the Master (Roger Delgado) is once again up to his old villainous tricks. This time, he attempts to spark a war between the Earth and the planet Draconia in the year 2540 A.D. At first, the Doctor is unaware that his old nemesis the Master is pulling the strings; he only knows that the Earthlings and the Draconians are busy accusing each other of piracy in deep space.
