Synopsis of The Andy Griffith Show: The Rumor
Jumping to the wrong conclusion as usual, Barney begins spreading a rumor that Andy and Helen have secretly become engaged. Before long, the couple is buried under an avalanche of wedding gifts. The limit comes when Aunt Bee, anticipating a newcomer to the Taylor household, expensively redecorates Andy's room.
