We really enjoyed this film -- some of the scenes were actaully captivating, and the whole family could watch this show, there was nothing in it that would be "questionable." In fact, though the story line did follow the Bible pretty closely (with a handful of exceptions where the script clearly strayed) most of the truly seamy substories were missing (Sodom and Gomorrah, Lot and his daughters, the rivalry between Leah and Rachel, the Shechem slaughter and so on)

jean b. evidently doesn't know a good telling of the books of genesis. I found this movie very entertaining and enjoyable for the whole family.
