Fitness instructor Donna Richardson leads the viewer through a series of step routines and abdominal work in this video. Shot on location in Oaxaca, Mexico, before a Mexican pyramid, the exercise routine is broken down into easy-to-follow segments. First there is a brief warm-up, followed by half an hour of step aerobics, which are carefully explained. After the aerobics comes a short abdominal routine, and then a five minute cool-down. The music is a combination of standard aerobic disco and Latin beats.
