T'ai Chi Master Bob Klein demonstrates the graceful and exacting movements that define the Tiger Form of T'ai Chi. In addition to providing viewers with aerobic benefits, many Tiger Form kicks and strikes can be adapted and used for self defense. Master Klein's extensive experience working with wild animals as a zoologist is apparent in the magical way he captures the highly diverse and agile behaviors of tigers in his routines.
